KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 3, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge a Modification of Contract between <br />the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This modification decreases the funds obligated to the Kittitas County <br />Sheriff’s Office by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management from the total grant amount to <br />that which was actually billed, a difference of $465. This closes out the grant. This grant <br />was for law enforcement patrols to be performed by the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge an Amendment of <br />Solicitation/Modification of Contract between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and <br />the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return the two sets of originals to Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office <br />so that we can send them to the grantor for signatures; they will keep one completely <br />executed original copy and send one back to the County. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
