KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve Claim of Jackie Peebles. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The claimant, Jackie Peebles (“Ms. Peebles”), a Kittitas County <br />Sheriff’s Office employee, claims damages of over $1,748.60, for <br />damage to her personal vehicle caused by the door of a county <br />vehicle. Kittitas County Claim # 201711150066. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The incident alleged in the Claim involved a current Kittitas County <br />Deputy Sheriff, who wrote a report admitting he caused the damage to <br />Ms. Peebles’ vehicle.
