Kittitas County <br />District Court, Upper <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />12/19/2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request approval of the Agreement for Kittitas County Upper District Court Indigent Defense Services <br />(2018). <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This is a new agreement. Attorney Margorie Alumbaugh has been the Indigent Defense Attorney for Upper <br />District Court since 2015, however there has not been a written agreement. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />The agreement has been reviewed and approved by DPA Doug Mitchell. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Upper Kittitas County District Court is requesting approval of the Indigent Defense Services Agreement <br />(2018) with Attorney Margorie D. Alumbaugh. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />The Upper Kittitas County District Court is requesting return of 1 signed original. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Diana MacKenzie <br />
