Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />December 4, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between <br />Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement is in place between Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of <br />Central Washington (CHCW) The agreement allows CHCW to provide services for those <br />eligible in the Children with Special Health Care Needs program which is a part of the Maternal <br />Child Health Block Grant. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on November 13, 2017 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on November 15, 2017 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between <br />Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Robin Read <br />
