Beeson. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The claimant, Jody L. Beeson (“Ms. Beeson”) claims damages of <br />$70.00 to reimburse her for the cost of 2 adult fair admission tickets <br />($20.00) and 2 kids’ ride bracelets ($50.00), to the Kittitas County <br />Fair. Ms. Beeson claims she was contacted by the Ellensburg Police <br />Department outside of the Kittitas County Fairgrounds, and as a result <br />of this contact, she felt like she was denied access to the Kittitas <br />County Fair, to which she had already purchased tickets.
