The recipient shall furnish the necessary personnel, <br />equipment, material and/or services, and/or otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the <br />performance of the scope of work set forth herein. <br />Overall Goal: <br />To Clean up road side litter on County Roads and public lands. <br />
