Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />October 3, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize the execution of an <br />Amendment to the PSA between Kittitas County and Elmview. (Effective Dates: January 1, <br />2017-December 31, 2017) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA between Kittitas County and Elmview Amendment 1 to produce and distribute a video <br />showing the value of employing people with development disabilities attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference, is hereby amended to remove the requirement to use an open bid <br />process and change deadline for selecting a subcontractor to November 1, 2017, effective <br />January 1, 2017, as evidenced in the amendment. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 9, 2017 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 27, 2017 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize the execution of an <br />Amendment to the PSA between Kittitas County and Elmview.
