Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 19, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and signs the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Elmview and Kittitas County. (Effective date: July 1, 2017- June 30, 2018) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The professional Services Agreement between Elmview and Kittitas County is established to <br />provide a coordinated and comprehensive local program of services for persons with <br />developmental disabilities and to fulfill the county’s responsibilities as outlined. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on August 8, 2017. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on August 11, 2017. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and signs the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Elmview and Kittitas County. (Effective date: July 1, 2017- June 30, 2018) <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Clerk of the board send notice of the approval to the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Robin Read <br />
