<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 15, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) signature on <br />Tourism-Related, Small-Scale Municipality-Owned Capital Projects <br />and Operations Agreements. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: During the August 1, 2017 BOCC Agenda session, the Board <br />approved the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee’s (LTAC) funding <br />recommendation for Tourism-Related, Small-Scale Municipality- <br />Owned Capital Projects and Operations grants as allocated by <br />Resolution 2017-130. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Forest Service added measurable language into their Collection <br />Agreement as requested by the LTAC. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request BOCC signature on the small-scale capital projects and <br />operations agreements utilizing previously approved lodging tax <br />funding. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – LTAC <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Small-Scale Capital Projects and Operations Agreements <br /> Resolution 2017-130 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Debbie Myers, LTAC Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
