Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 18, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the plat of River Ridge (LP-17- <br />00003) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On May 2, 2017, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners granted preliminary <br />approval to the plat of River Ridge (LP-17-00003), and on May 16, 2017 signed <br />Resolution No. 2017-087 adopting the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and <br />conditions of approval for the plat. The plat consists of subdivision of a portion of <br />a 422-acre parcel into 39 single-family residential lots with open space tracts at the <br />Suncadia Master Planned Resort. <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting final mylar approval for this plat. Staff has reviewed <br />the final mylar and finds that the conditions required by Resolution No. 2017-087 <br />have been met and the plat is consistent with the applicable provisions of the <br />Suncadia Development Agreement and Kittitas County Code. The mylar has been <br />reviewed by all reviewing departments. All signatures have been obtained, except <br />for the Treasurer’s. The Treasurer’s signature is required before the plat is <br />recorded with the Auditor’s office. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, Treasurer, Assessor’s Office, Auditor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the plat of River <br />Ridge (LP-17-00003). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: The final mylar for the plat of River Ridge will be provided by staff for signature. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director
