SECOND ADDENDUM TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kittitas County (“County”) and the Washington State Association of Counties <br />(WSAC) entered into a professional services agreement dated December 15, 2015; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, that agreement has been extended through amendment previously, including most <br />recently on September 6, 2016 through June 30, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the tasks contemplated in that professional services agreements are not yet <br />completed, nor the funds that were allocated yet spent; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, section 12 of the general conditions section provides for written amendment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County and WSAC wish to amend the termination date, found in Exhibit “A”, to <br />October 21, 2017; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County and WSAC intend all other terms and conditions of the agreement to <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br /> County and WSAC hereby amend the professional services agreement, originally dated <br />December 15, 2015, by extending the termination date to October 31, 2017, and leaving all other terms <br />and conditions in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this amendment this ___ day of _______, <br />2017. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> APPROVED: <br /> <br />THE WASHINGTON STATE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />ASSOCIATION OF COUNTIES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br />________________________ ________________________ <br />Signature of Signatory Paul Jewell, Chairman <br />Date: ____________ <br /> <br /> ________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chairman <br />Attest: <br /> <br />________________________ ________________________ <br />Clerk of the Board Obie O’Brien, Commissioner <br /> <br /> <br />
