KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 18, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Acknowledge BoE Members Jessica Hutchinson and Reta <br />Hutchinson change in position on the BoE. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of Equalization has 3 regular positions and 2 alternate <br />positions. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: On June 27, 2017 Staff received a letter from Board Clerk Debbie <br />Myers requesting the Board of County Commissioners consider a <br />request acknowledging the requested change of Reta Hutchinson <br />to the Alternate position #1 on the Board of Equalization and <br />moving Jessica Hutchinson from the Alternate position #1 to a <br />regular position. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge Jessica Hutchinson taking the regular position #3 <br />leaving Alternate #1 position. Acknowledge Reta Hutchinson <br />leaving Regular Position #3 and taking Alternate position #1 on <br />the Board of Equalization. <br /> <br />HANDLING: BoCC Staff to update the County Boards and Commissions page, <br />and notify Board Clerk of the Board’s final decision. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Letter from Board Clerk Debbie Myers. <br /> E-mails from Jessica and Reta Hutchinson. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II
