KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 5, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Recreational Boating Safety <br />Federal Financial Assistance Grant Letter of Additional Award. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office has received an additional <br />$5,000.00 from the WA State Parks and Recreation Commission for our Safer Boating <br />grant. This brings the grant total to $19,129.28 for 2017. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved this grant. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Recreational Boating Safety <br />Federal Financial Assistance Grant Letter of Additional Award. <br /> <br />HANDLING: No handling. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: KCSO Command Staff
