Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 20, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the plat of Miners Camp (LP- <br />16-00002) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On August 16, 2016, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners granted <br />preliminary approval to the plat of Miners Camp (LP-16-00002), and on September <br />6, 2016 signed Resolution No. 2016-115 adopting the findings of fact, conclusions <br />of law, and conditions of approval for the plat. The plat consists of subdivision of <br />8.26 acres into 21 single-family residential lots with open space tracts located at the <br />Suncadia Master Planned Resort. <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting final mylar approval for this plat. Staff has reviewed <br />the final mylar and finds that the conditions required by Resolution No. 2016-115 <br />have been met and the plat is consistent with the applicable provisions of the <br />Suncadia Development Agreement and Kittitas County Code. The mylar has been <br />reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, Treasurer, Assessor’s Office, Auditor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the plat of Miners <br />Camp (LP-16-00002) <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Miners Camp <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director
