Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />May 2, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Administrator on the DOE Amendment 2 to the Agreement between DOE and KCPHD. (Effective dates: July 10, <br />2015- June 30, 2017) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The amendment to the agreement between DOE and KPCHD amends the following scope of work and allows for <br />transferring $3,895.70 of the obligated CPG budget from task 3 (unsecured loads - removing holding secure loads <br />ordinance education events)) to task 1 (General Solid Waste Enforcement): <br /> Task 1: Solid Waste Enforcement (monitor 8 active solid waste permitted facilities) <br /> Task 3: Unsecured Loads Community Outreach (will maintain an unsecured load surveillance, <br />enforcement, education, and compliance program) <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on April 14, 2017 <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on April 17, 2017 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health Administrator on <br />the DOE Amendment 2 to the Agreement between DOE and KCPHD.
