KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, April 4, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Resolution Amending previously passed <br />Resolution awarding funding for Grants pursuant to Law & Justice Council <br />recommendations on spending of 1/10th of 1% Sales Tax Reserves <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This amendment is based upon the attached records provided showing <br />that Mr. Musser personally instead of any official entity of the Ellensburg School District <br />paid for the items for which reimbursement is sought and was previously approved. <br /> <br />Mr. Musser should be reimbursed as promptly as possible in the normal course of <br />operations once the originally issued warrant is returned to the Kittitas County Auditor <br />and made void according to the practices of that office based upon the intent of the Law <br />and Justice Council and the facts shown in the above referenced attachments. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Resolution Amending previously passed <br />Resolution awarding funding for Grants pursuant to Law & Justice Council <br />recommendations on spending of 1/10th of 1% Sales Tax Reserves <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Gene Dana
