(Effective dates: January 1, <br />2017-June 30, 2016) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA Amendment 1 increases the payment rate schedule for Community Access from 30.00 to 32.00 for <br />the purpose of providing a coordinated and comprehensive local program of services for persons with <br />developmental disabilities <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Prosecuting Attorney: Reviewed and approved January 19, 2017 <br />Auditors Office: Reviewed and approve January 30, 2017 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize the execution of an Amendment <br />to a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Elmview.
