KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 17, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the City of Cle Elum, Washington and the County of <br />Kittitas, Washington for the housing of inmates. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between the City of Cle Elum and <br />Kittitas County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2018. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved <br />this Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the City of Cle Elum, Washington and the County of <br />Kittitas, Washington for the housing of inmates. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return both originals to KCSO for signatures.
