HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, KITTITAS COUNTY <br />205 W 51" Ave., Suite 107, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />509-962.7082 1 hr@co.kittitas.wa.us <br />https://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/ <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND LOCAL 792CH (COURTHOUSE) <br />TO RECLASSIFY POSITIONS WITHIN THE 792CH BARGAINING UNIT <br />This MOU is entered into between Kittitas County and Local 792CH (Courthouse), for the purpose of establishing <br />the following: <br />Per Article 22.6 of the Local 792CH Collective Bargaining Agreement, in the event that the Union or the Employer <br />believe that an employee's current duties and responsibilities are no longer accurately represented in their job <br />description, the Union or the Employer may request a job description review. <br />After thorough review and consideration of the staffing needs and workload of the departments and positions <br />listed below, Kittitas County and Local 792CH (Courthouse) have reached an agreement to reclassify the <br />following positions/staff: <br />Department <br />Current Position Title <br />Employee Holding <br />Position <br />New Position Title <br />Auditor's Office <br />Accounting Assistant II <br />Sue Patterson <br />Accounting Assistant III <br />Public Health <br />Accountant II <br />Katie Odiaga <br />Accountant III <br />The effective date of these reclassifications is 6/01/2025. <br />The Union was kept informed and actively participated in the changes indicated herein.
