BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2018 -0 / q <br />Authorizing the Chair signature on the Digital Submittal of <br />Levy Certification to the County Road Administration Board <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has met and considered its budget for the calendar <br />year 2018; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has resolved (Res # 2017-190) the levying <br />certification for the County Road for municipal purposes of Kittitas County; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works is required (WAC 136-04) to submit an annual digital certification to <br />the County Road Administration Board (Exhibit 1); and <br />WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board digital submittal certification requires a signature from the <br />Board of County Commissioners Chair; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due consideration and <br />in the best interest of the public, does hereby declare to move to authorize Chair signature on the <br />Digital Submittal Certification to the County Road Administration Board. <br />DATED this 6th day of February, 2018. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />.
