KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA ITEM STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE REQUESTED: March 1, 2011 <br />ACTION: To sign Digital Submittal Certification — County Road Administration Board For <br />2011 Road Levy Certification <br />Il Routine ❑ Public Hearing <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Assessor provided the Department of Public Works with the <br />Certification of the 2011 Road Levy And Estimated Revenue Produced (WAC <br />136-150-021). <br />The County Road Administration Board requires that the attached Digital <br />Submittal Certification Form be signed by the County Engineer and the Chairman <br />of the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners indicating acceptance of the 2011 <br />Road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produced (WAC 136-150-021) as provided <br />by the County Assessor. <br />INTERACTION: Internal. <br />REQUEST: It is requested that the Chairman of the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />sign the Digital Submittal Certification — County Road Administration Board for <br />2011 Road Levy Certification. <br />Please note that CRAB has changed their submittal process. Upon signing, <br />an original Digital Submittal Certification will be mailed to CRAB.
