Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 17th, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the plat of Currier Creek <br />Estates (LP-10-00002) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On December 21st, 2010, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners granted <br />preliminary approval to the plat of Currier Creek Estates, 3-4 (LP-10-00002), and <br />on April 1st, 2014, signed Resolution No. 2010-134 adopting the findings of fact, <br />conclusions of law, and conditions of approval for the plat. The plat consists of <br />subdivision of a portion of a 24.28 acre parcel into 88 single-family lots in two <br />phases, with phase 3 consisting of 49 lots and phase 4 consisting of 39 lots. <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting final mylar approval for this plat. Staff has reviewed <br />the final mylar and finds that the conditions required by Resolution No. 2010-134 <br />have been met and the plat is consistent with the applicable provisions of Kittitas <br />County Code. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments. All <br />signatures have been obtained, except for the Treasurer’s. The Treasurer’s <br />signature is required before the plat is recorded with the Auditor’s office. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, Treasurer, Assessor’s Office, Auditor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the plat of Currier <br />Creek Estates (LP-10-00002). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: The final mylar for the plat of Currier Creek Estates 3-4 will be provided by staff <br />for signature. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director
