AS,the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No. I has been made aware
that the following warrants issued to former volunteer Jacob Crandall,vendor number DO154, need to be
canceled:
Warrant#: 0351416001, issued on 3/25/2026, in the amount of$20.82
o Warrant##: 0351416 00, issued on 04/30/2026, in the amount of$7.02
WHEREAS, Warrant# 0351416001 is not in the volunteer's possession and is considered lost. Warrant
#0351 16 00 is in theDistrict'spossession; and

WHEREAS,it has been verified that the warrants have not been redeemed; d
THEREFORE,NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire
iDistrict No. 1,that the above-listed warrants issued to Jacob Crandall,are hereby canceled and are not to
be re-issued

rWHEREAS,the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No. 1 has been made aware
that the following t issued to Chase Card Services,vendor number 08544,needs to be canceled:
Warrant#;0351419441,issued on /19/202 ,in the amount o 5,96 .4
WHEREAS,Warrant#0351419441 was returned to the Kittitas County Auditor's Office unpaid, and is
in their possession; and
WHEREAS,it has been determined by the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No
1 that they no longer wish to apply an additionalpayment for credit to theDistrict's Chase Credit Gard;

THEREFORE,NOW BE IT RESOLVEDby the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire
