Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 15, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the AFS between Kittitas County and WISE. <br />(Effective 7.1.2026-6.30.2027) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The AFS between Kittitas County and WISE is established to provide a coordinated and <br />comprehensive state and local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities in <br />accordance with Revised Code of Washington Chapter 71A.14. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved August 24, 2026. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved August 24, 2026. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the AFS between Kittitas County and WISE. <br />(Effective 7.1.2026-6.30.2027) <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Please return two fully executed agreements to Public Health. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Kasey Knutson <br />
