KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 1, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kittitas and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office <br />for Law Enforcement Services. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Kittitas wish to <br />establish a joint Agreement to efficiently provide the City of Kittitas with law <br />enforcement services. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved <br />this Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the City of Kittitas and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office <br />for Law Enforcement Services. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
