Docusign Envelope lD: AC788760-1 268-483D-8F67-3319E77 4C887 <br />AMENDMENT #3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OPERATING AGREEMENT <br />This Amendment is made and entered into by and between Kittitas County ("Client"), and Summlt Food <br />Servlce, LLC ("Company") (collectively "the Parties"), <br />WHEREAS, the Parties have entered into a certain PR0FESSIONAL SERVICES OPERATING <br />AGREEMENT (the "Agreement"), effective March L5,ZOLL; <br />WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to extend the Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to amend said Agreement upon the terms a nd conditions stated <br />herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Partles, lntending to be legally bound hereby, mutually agree as follows: <br />1, Term. This Agreement shall be extended for an additional year beginning January 21si, 2026. Per <br />Section 1"1.01 of the Agreement, the term shall automatically renew for additlonal one-year <br />periods thereatter unless otherwise terminated. <br />2. Pavment Ar.ranqement.
