BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON tr!RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - <br />A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENTS <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND MARLIN LEASING CORPORATION dbA <br />PEAC SOLUTIONS FPR THE UPPER DISTRICTCOURT COPY MACHINE <br />WHEREAS' the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to RCW 36.32.120 and 36.40.100, <br />must review and approve any contracts that do not contain an appropriations <br />clause, which allows the government to cancel the contract if funding for said <br />contract becomes an issue; and <br />WHEREAS, Upper Kittitas County District Court is due to renew the agreement with Marlin <br />Leasing Corporation dba PEAC Solutions for sixty-three (63) months for the <br />continued lease of its copy machine at a monthly rate of $128.95; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the agreement and determined that the Upper Kittitas <br />County District Court is authorized to execute (sign) the agreement with Marlin <br />Leasing Corporation dba PEAC Solutions, which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby authorize execution of the attached Agreements upon signature by <br />the parties. <br />DATED this LhrL day of 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLINTY, WASHINGTON <br />Vic r <br />ssloner <br />of Board <br />Page 1 of 2
