BOARD OF' COT]NTY COM1VilSSIONERS <br />COT]NTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026- <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING TTIE KITTITAS COTJNTY SIIERIF'F <br />COST PER DEPUTY FOR TIIE BI]DGET YEAR 2026 <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County Sheriff s Office provides services via contract, for which it charges <br />an hourly rate, and <br />WHEREAS, according to the United States Office of Management & Budg et, to 2 CFR Part 200, <br />Uniform Administration Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal <br />Awards (Uniform Guidance), Kittitas County Sheriff needs to adopt a rate for the Cost of a <br />Deputy; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor's Office has reviewed and approved the Cost per Deputy plan <br />and determined the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office to comply and <br />WHEREAS, the attached documentation shows the calculation rate for the Cost per Deputy as <br />per the requirements for 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administration Requirements, Cost Principles <br />and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT IIEREBYRESOLVED, thatthe Board of county <br />Commissioners of Kittitas CountSz, Washington adopts the following: <br />Non-Federal: <br />Regular hours non-federal $130.00 <br />Overtime hours non-federal $ 1 59.00 <br />Federal: <br />Regular hours federal $113.00 <br />C)vertime hours federal $142.00 <br />for the Cost per Deputy for Kittitas County Sheriff as certified by the County Auditor, effective <br />January 7,2026. <br />ADOPTED this 1{y or \ ulr-,t 2026vl <br />OF COI]NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />, WASHINGTON <br />Laur a O siadacz, Commissioner <br />n Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />E.:fleputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />RESOLUTION
