Excused: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Kasey Knutson, Human Services Manager; Jesse Cox, Solid <br />Waste Director; Arden Thomas, Water Resource Manager; Stephanie Hartung, <br />Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Molly McDowell, Deputy Prosecutor II; <br />Miko Tempski, Deputy Prosecutor III; Nancy Shaff, Chief Administrative <br />Deputy; Heather Ryan, Records Deputy; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works <br />Director; Mackenzie Carter, Assessment Coordinator; and approximately 20 <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES - NONE <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION JALINA BLACKMORE DAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation declaring June 23, <br />2026, as Jalina Blackmore Day in Kittitas County, recognizing her WIAA <br />2B Track & Field State Championship title in the High Jump event. Vice- <br />Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION NELLIE NICHOLLS DAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve a Proclamation declaring June 25, <br />2026, as Nellie Nicholls Day in Kittitas County, recognizing her WIAA 2B <br />Track & Field State Championship title in the 400M Dash event. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION HAYDEN MEDE DAY COMMISSIONERS
