BOARD OF COT]NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO.2026- o ?A <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CONTRACT AMENDMENT EXECUTION BETWEEN <br />KITTITAS COT]NTY VIA KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE <br />WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) and the <br />Washington Siate Department of Commerce (Commerce) entered into a professional <br />services contract on luty t, 2025, which is affached and hereby incorporated by this <br />reference, and <br />WHEREAS, section 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the contract authorizes modifications <br />that are in writing and signed by the parties; and <br />WHEREAS, both the County and the Commerce desire to amend the contract in the manner detailed in <br />the attached amendment that is hereby incorporated by this reference; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of county commissioners of Kittitas county' <br />Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br />DATED this 2lgf-day of 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington' <br />BOARD OF COLINTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COLINTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />C <br />of the <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board
