BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLTNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No. , o a lp'108 <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN'S SIGNATURE ON A LETTER AMENDING AN <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE KITTITAS COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL <br />ZONE DISTRICT AND THE KITTITAS COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />Resolution 2024-155 authorized Chairman Signature on an Interlocal Agreement between <br />the Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District and the Kittitas County Conservation <br />District for the Whiskey Creek at Ellensburg Water Company Siphon Project; and <br />Term l4 of the Interlocal Agreement allows the Agreement to be modified or amended <br />by written mutual agreement of the parties; and <br />Vice-Chairman <br />The Kittitas County Flood ControlZone District and the Kittitas County Conservation <br />District wish to amend the Interlocal Agreement to add $15,000 to the project budget to <br />complete the identified scope of work. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners finds it in the best <br />interest of the public to authorize the Chairman to sign a letter amending the Interlocal Agreement <br />between the Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District and the Kittitas County Conservation District. <br />DATED this 16th day of June 2026, aL Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Cory Wright, <br />Attest: <br />.ffClerk of the Board- Julie Kiorsvik <br />n Deputy Clerk pf the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />arrurt <br />^
