KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />AGENDA STAFF <br />REPORT June 16th, 2026 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve & Sign SCJ Alliance On call Engineering PSA. <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County requested statements of qualifications for On-Call <br />Engineering services. After interviews Kittitas County decided to <br />move forward with SCJ as one of the Engineering Firms. <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed and approved the contract. <br />Prosecutor review number 12511. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve On-Call Contract with SCJ. <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br />Copy – Auditor <br />ATTACHMENTS: County On-Call contract for SCJ. <br />LEAD STAFF: Charlie Smith, Project Manager
