(Effective date: 03/01/26- <br />06/30/26) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The DDA County Services agreement is established to provide a coordinated and comprehensive <br />state and local program of services for persons with developmental disabilities. The Amendment <br />adds $16,000.00 to the contract for a new total maximum of $1,139,083.00. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on 06/04/2026. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on 06/04/2026. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Director on the DDA County Services Agreement Amendment 1.
