RESOLUTION TO CANCEL WARRANTS
the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No. 1 has been made aware
that the following warrants issued to volunteer Savannah vies, vendor number 08065,need to be
canceled and re-issued:
Warrant#: 0141258 , issued on 10/31/2025, in the amount of$14.60
t#: 0351415451, issued on 02/27/2026,in the amount of$31.40
WHEREAS,the warrants are not in the volunteer's possession and are considered lost;and
WHEREAS,it is verified that the warrants have not been redeemed; and
4WHEREAS,the volunteer has completed a Lost Warrant Affidavit;
RESOLVEDNOW THEREFORE,BE IT by the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire
District No. 1,that the above listed warrants issued to Savannah Davies,vendor number 08065,are
hereby canceled and are to be re-issued.
