RESOLUTION TO CANCEL WARRANT
WHEREAS,the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No. 1 has been made aware
that the following warrant issued to volunteer Kaila Moore,vendor number 02596,needs to be canceled
and re-issued;
Warrant 4: 0351407349, issued on 04/30/2025,in the amount of$66.27
WHEREAS,the warrant is not in the vol tee 's possession and is considered lost; and
WHEREAS,it is verified that the warrant has not been redeemed; and
WHEREAS,the volunteer has completed a.Lost Warrant Affidavit;
THEREFORE,NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire
District No. 1,that the above listed warrant issued to aila Moore,vendor n ber 025 ,is hereby
canceled and is to be re-issued.
