RESOLUTION NO. 0 -07
A RESOLUTION of the Board of Commissioners of the Snoquahnie
Pass Utility District, King and Kittitas Counties, Washington
authorizing and directing the Kittitas County Auditor to cancel
Warrants previously approved by the District.
WHEREAS, the District Board of Commissioners previously approved the vouchers
below, and the Kittitas County Auditor, the treasurer for the District, issued warrants on the
District's behalf in furtherance of such approved voucher described as follows, and

WHEREAS,it is no longer necessary to pay these vendors, and therefore the District
desires that the Kittitas County Auditor cancel the Warrants,now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Snoqualmic Pass Utility
District, King and Kittitas Counties, that the Kittitas County Auditor is authorized and
directed to cancel the Warrants.
ADOPTED by the Board of Commissioners of Snoqualmie Pass Utility District,
King and Kittitas Counties;Washington;this 23rd day of August,2026.
