RESOLUTION TO CANCEL WARRANT
WHEREAS,the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No. 1 has been made aware
that the following warrant issued to volunteer Cole McCombs,vendor number F3244, needs to be
canceled.
Warrant#: 0351407348,issued on 04/30/2025, in the amount of$28.98
WHEREAS,the warrant is not in the volunteer's possession and is considered lost; and
WHEREAS,it is verified that the warrant has not been redeemed; and
WHEREAS,the volunteer requested the warrant be canceled and not reissued.
NOW THEREFORE, S L by the Board d of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire
District No. 1,that the above listed warrant issued to Cole McCombs is hereby canceled and is not to be
re-issued.
