MARCH 9, 2026 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Chelsey Loeffers, <br />Public Health Director and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 6, 2026. <br /> <br />RATIFY MAYOR ELLIOTT/UNIVERSITY WAY & WATER COMMISSIONER <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve and ratify Board signature on <br />a letter to Mayor Elliott in support of the University Way and Water <br />Street Intersection Improvements. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RATIFY SENATOR CANTWELL/BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve and ratify Board signature on <br />a letter to Senator Cantwell in support of the Boys and Girls Club <br />of Columbia Basin request for Congressionally directed spending to <br />construct a youth development and community resilience facility in
