RESOLUTION TO CANCEL WARRANTS
the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No. I has been made aware
that the following warrants issued to volunteer Savannah Davies, vendor number 08065,need to be
canceled:
Warrant• #: 0351407342, issued on 04/30/2025,in the amount of$19.32
Warrant• : 0351410140,issued on 07/31/2025,in the amount of$12.0
WHEREAS,the warrants are not in the volunteer's possession and are
considered lost; and
WHEREAS,the volunteer has completed the.Application for Duplicate Instrument.Affidavit.
WHEREAS,the warrants are verified to have not been:cashed; and
WHEREAS, it is requested that the warrants be canceled and reissued.
THEREFORE,NOW BE IT RESOLVEDe Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire
District No. 1,that the above listed warrants issued to Savannah avie ,vendor number 0065,are
hereby canceled,and are to be re-issued in one warrant for the total of$3 .40.
