BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLTNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLTJTION. <br />No.*r-DZt, .- )LJ- <br />CORRECTING A SCRTVENER'S ERROR IN RESOLUTION 2025-249 AUTHORIZING THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS WATER RESOURCE MANAGER TO ACCEPT FUNDING FROM THE <br />WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY AND SIGN GRANT AGREEMENT <br />NO. SEAFBD -2527 -KiCPWD-OOO22 <br />WHEREAS:Resolution No.2025-249 authorized the Public Works Water Resource Manager to <br />accept funding from the Washington State Department of Ecology and to sign Grant <br />Agreement No. SEAFBD-2527 -KICPWD-00022; and <br />WHEREAS: Said resolution inadvertently contained an error in the funding amount listed therein; and <br />WHEREAS: The resolution should have read as follows: <br />Kittitas County Public Works requested $10,000,000 in funding from the Department of <br />Ecology through the Floodplains by Design Program to finalize permitting and construct <br />the Lower Kittitas Reach Floodplain Reconnection Project; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, finding that it is in <br />the best interest ofthe public, hereby approves this resolution conecting a scrivener's error in Resolution <br />No.2025-249 to reflect the correct funding amount. <br />DATED 2026, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COLTNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTIT , WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />Attest:1 <br />n Clerk of the Kjorsvik <br />Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />ssloner <br />$r,twU .Jurl,i laree(t <br />X <br />\Nnty <br />SEAL
