2026/01/13 MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />HR STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 W 5TH AVE., ROOM 108, ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />TUESDAY 10:00 AM 1/13/2026 <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Cory Wright, Brett Wachsmith, Laura Osiadacz <br />Others Present: Therese Murphy, Jeanne Killgore <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 10:00 AM. <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 MINUTE TIME LIMIT) <br />None. <br />REQUEST TO APPROVE RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF REVISING THE 2026 SALARY <br />MATRIX FOR REGULAR NON-UNION COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br />HR Director Killgore presented the Board with an updated salary matrix, explaining that the new matrix matches <br />the calculations in Cayenta, the County payroll system. Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Resolution <br />2026-003 to update the 2026 salary matrix for non-union employees. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the <br />motion. Motion was approved; 3:0. <br />DISCUSSION/DECISION – RECORDS MANAGEMENT TRAINING VIDEO <br />The Board reviewed an updated records management training video for new employees.
