KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Public Safety Psychological Services <br />(hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />• The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: Conduct psychological evaluations including related <br />interviews of applicants for employment or reserve service upon request by the Kittitas County Sheriff's <br />Office. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of execution through 12-31-2028, unless the <br />Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />r'n l I KUTV <br />Kittitas County Sheriff's Office <br />307 W.
