The proposed development was initially approved under <br />Ordinance 2000-16 on October 10, 2000. <br />In conformance with the Development Agreement procedures the applicant has <br />provided a summary of the project with a request to set an actual project deadline <br />date of 45 years all due to the ongoing processes, that are out of the applicants <br />control, in obtaining and meeting conditions placed upon this project along with <br />fluctuations in the financial markets.
