BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2ozs-;2!Al_ <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZF'E){E,CUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT <br />OF COMMERCE FOR PUBLIC SERVICES GRANTS <br />WHEREAS, RCW 39.34,the Interlocal Cooperation Act, provides the capability for public <br />agencies to cooperate for mutual advantage; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County is being awarded $81,000 in grant funds for eligible public services <br />through HopeSource; and <br />WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of those eligible funds are detailed in the attached <br />Interlocal Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find that it is in the best interest of the County <br />to enter the Interlocal Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, authorizes execution of an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State <br />Department of Commerce that is attached hereto, and incorporated herein by reference. <br />DATED this ?-nA-auv ot t?'0Loln'fuf--t,2025,a1Ellensburg,washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />f}:.-yrxnrtt\_, <br />blerk of thd.board
