FOURTH ANNUAL RENEWAL OF 2021-2022 <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Fourth Annual renewal of the 2021-2022 Professional Services Agreement ("Renewal") is by and <br />between Kitbtas County ("county") and Allpaid, Inc ("Contractor") to renew that Professional Services <br />Agreement by between Contractor and County, effective August 16, 2021 ("Agreement"). <br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERAION, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, until December 31, 2026. <br />2. Execution. This Renewal may be executed in counterparts, each of which when so executed and <br />delivered shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one original document. <br />Delivery of an electronically imaged signature of this Renewal by electronically imaged or <br />facsimile transmission will be effective as delivery of a manually executed original for all <br />purposes. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Renewal by their duly authorized <br />representatives or agents as of the date written below. <br />APPROVED <br />ALLPAID, INC.
