Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />December 16, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution adopting the 1/10th of 15 Mental <br />Health and Chemical Dependency Tax Advisory Board Bylaws. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Kittitas County Bylaws for the 1/10th of 1% Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax <br />Advisory Board rules are established for the transaction of its business and are adopted pursuant <br />to the need to conduct requests for proposals and review for proposals for funding by Kittitas <br />County to accomplish the goals and outcomes identified int eh tax pursuant to RCW 82.14.460. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 12/08/2025. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved N/A. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution adopting the 1/10th of 15 Mental <br />Health and Chemical Dependency Tax Advisory Board Bylaws. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Kasey Knutson
