Resolution to Void/Cancel a Fire District Warrant
WHEREAS,The Board offire Commissioners of Kittitas("ounty Fire Protection District 6 has come to
know that 2 payroll warrants,numbered 401411500 and 401412434. issued on 9-3)0-25 and 10/3)1/25,
respectively, in the amounts of$277.05 and S203 17, respectively,each payable to Sean Chesterfield,and
WHEREAS,payroll warrant numbers 401411509 and 401412434, in the arnounts of 277.05 and$203,17,
respectively,need to be voided andior cancelled,as the payee wishes to decline both payments,and
NOW,,rHEREFORED. BE IT RESOLVED. by the Board of Fire Commissioners ol'Kittitas County Fire
Protection District 6, in compliance with RCW 39,56.040.that payroll warrant numbers 401411509 and
401412434,each payable to Sean Chesterfield. in the amounts of$277.05 and$203.17,respectively,be
voided and/or cancelled.
