Resolution to Void/Cancel a Fire District Warrant
WHEREAS,The Board of Fire Commissioners ot'Kittitas County Fire Protection District 6 has come to
know that 3 payroll warrants,numbered 401406781 k 401409589 and 401410726, issued on 3-3 1-25,7-3)1-
25 and 8-29-25,respectively, in the amounts of$295.52.$360,17 and$295,521,respectively,each payable
to Lanora Rosenberry,and
WHEREAS,payroll warrant numbers 401406781,401409589 and 401410726. in the amounts of$295.52,
$360,17 and$295.52,respectively,need to be voided and reissued,as all 3 warrants were,misplaced by the
payee,and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE VYRESOLVED. by the Board of" ire Commissioners ol'Kittitas County Fire
Protection District 6. in compliance with RCW 39,56,040,that payroll warrant numbers 40140678 1,
401409589 and 401410726,each payable to Lanora Rosenberry. in the amounts of$295,52,5360.17 and
$295.52,respectively,be voided and reissued.
