(Effective Dates; 07.01.25-06.30.26) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Community Development Block Grant public service funds from Washington State <br />Department of Commerce are passed through to HopeSource and their Hope University. Hope <br />University provides life skills education to income eligible individuals. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved November 7, 2025. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved November 11, 2025. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution to authorize execution of an <br />Interagency Agreement between Kittitas County and the Washinton State Department of <br />Commerce for Public Service Grants.
