RESOLUTION TO CANCEL and REISSUE WARRANT
WHEREAS,the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas County Fire District No.1 were informed that
Warrant#0351409974, dated 07/23/2025,Voucher#2507-37,Payable to WesternMetal Products,LLC,
Vendor##05240,in the amount of$231.89 needs to be canceled and reissued.
WHEREAS,the above warrant was returned to the vendor, unpaid,for unknown reasons.
WHEREAS,the vendor is not in Possession of the warrant,and it has been verified that the warrant has
not been redeemed.
NOW THEREFORE, IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Kittita ,County Fire
District##1 that Warrant#035140974,Payable to Western Metal Products in the amount of$231.89 is to
be canceled d a new warrant will be issued for the same amount.
